“Time stood still

Melancholic snails
Timeless in their appearances
Loving music so very much
That they chased it away
With the scarecrow as the silent witness”

      1. Thank you, we are doing well here. The weather has been very rainy. I am looking forward to visiting an old pioneer settlement tomorrow with my girls for another fun field trip! How are you and your family doing? I hope you are all well. Take care and have a wonderful rest of your week! ~M

Our tunnel/VPN software and internet connection work worse than ever recently and I can’t use 3/4 WordPress or WP-reader.
Anyway, thank you so much for your kindness.
I wish the same and the best for you, ❤

          1. That’s not good! I hope that you will be able to work it all out and be able to use WP like normal again. I know other people in other countries are having the same problems right now. Not sure why. 😦

  1. Thank you for your kind words Gol Naran 🙂
As said before, really love your work!

This one is not easy to comprehend. It brings up mixed feelings, even a bit of sadness. And in a way i feel sorry for the snails for arriving as the music is leaving.
And yet, snails represent patience to me. So they will too enjoy the music one day 🙂

  2. Wow!! This is absolutely beautiful and unbelievably clever! Love it so much!
Very interesting take on 4’33” thinking of it as “between two movements”. I believe you’ve completely and single handedly have made me look at that time you take in between movements in a far different way!
    Thank you!!! 😀

Your great comment warms my heart.
      Very much appreciated.

      The concept/definition of 4’33” is not mine, it belongs to John Cage, of course, as I wrote in notes under the post: {+} and {+}

I really enjoy your blog posts and the music/videos you introduce or share; specially your last post “Straight-Strung Grand: The Barenboim-Maene Piano” was a great and I enjoyed.

  3. Great art mate! It reminds me a bit of the atmospheres in “Oz the Great and Powerful”. Same poetry and melancholia I suppose. Also appreaciated the reference to Cage’s music, which kind of fits well your work.

  5. Your art is captivating, absolutely lovely. Alas, I haven’t even performed this reference piece very well. The poem that inspired your work is also excellent. I appreciate you. Thank you for reading, posting, I’ve finally caught on.
